About 10 years ago I saw a naturalist because I couldn’t seem to get my blood pressure under control. She recommended that I try using liquid magnesium and gave me information about ordering it from Freedom Plus corporation. I began using it and have been taking 3 tablespoons of the their Nano-Ionic Magnesium in water twice a day since and my blood pressure is so much better that i wouldn’t consider being without it. AF
